Raleigh Geriatrics is a medical practice that provides healthcare to seniors, using the most current technology. It hired JASZ Technology to provide business-consulting services, which began with business analysis. Our various experts analyzed all aspects of the medical practice, and made recommendations that would help it to achieve its technology and business goals.

High on its priority was to make the conversion from paper to electronic medical records. Technology helps physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, and patients to effectively coordinate a patient’s care, to provide optimal medical treatment. Engaging the patients and his/her family and friends every step of the way.

Raleigh Geriatrics also wanted to implement the current best practices in customer service. A philosophy that this medical practice lives by is ”nurturing and respecting seniors”. By taking a fresh look at the services that it provides its patients, we helped the organization to implement new policies and procedures to better serve its patients. Resulting in measurable improvement in customer/patient satisfaction, dramatically increasing the number of new patients to the practice and, discovering creative ways to provide more value to its patients. For example, hosting free health care events for seniors, blogging about timely health topics, and establishing shorter patient wait times without limiting the amount of time spent with each patient. Now its patients can spend ample time with the doctor, and still be seen within 10 minutes of their appointment time.
