If you’re in North Carolina (residency NOT required), UNemployed or UNDERemployed, a Veteran (not a requirement), or a potential Small Business Entrepreneur, U should know the Obama Administration has already set aside BILLIONS to help find “INNOVATIVE” ways to get AMERICA BACK TO WORK… Here is the first plan I’ve seen that looks like it may just work for America thus far … http://www.jasztech.com/bwti/
My honest thoughts about today’s America…. Only the Lil’ Man knows what the Lil’ Man needs --Big Business & Corporate America can’t tell me, the Lil’ Man how to survive in hard times. Although we may live in the same country, we are in two separate worlds!!! http://www.jasztech.com/bwti/

Hey --

President Obama has launched two new jobs initiatives for veterans, particularly those with a medical background. Check it out:

The President is taking the steps that he can take right now to get veterans -- and all Americans -- back to work, and get middle-class families back on their feet.

Peter Cappelli wrote a great article about ...

"Why Companies Aren't Getting the Employees They Need

Failings in the U.S. education system or other external factors usually get blamed. But the real problem may be that so many companies don't do training anymore or allow people any time to grow into a job. Even with unemployment hovering around 9%, companies are grousing that they can't find skilled workers, and filling a job can take months of hunting...

Employers are quick to lay blame. Schools aren't giving kids the right kind of training. The government isn't letting in enough high-skill immigrants. The list goes on and on.

But I believe that the real culprits are the employers themselves.

With an abundance of workers to choose from, employers are demanding more of job candidates than ever before. They want prospective workers to be able to fill a role right away, without any training or ramp-up time...

Unfortunately, American companies don't seem to do training anymore. Data are hard to come by, but we know that apprenticeship programs have largely disappeared, along with management-training programs. And the amount of training that the average new hire gets in the first year or so could be measured in hours and counted on the fingers of one hand. Much of that includes what vendors do when they bring in new equipment: "Here's how to work this copier."

The shortage of opportunities to learn on the job helps explain the phenomenon of people queueing up for unpaid internships, in some cases even paying to get access to a situation where they can work free to get access to valuable on-the-job experience..."

Read the full article, it's a great read.

I as well as my guys happened to be checking out the excellent things from your site and then the sudden I had a terrible suspicion I had not thanked the web site owner for those strategies. My young boys are actually as a consequence thrilled to learn all of them and have seriously been loving these things. I appreciate you for turning out to be well considerate and also for obtaining such cool guides millions of individuals are really eager to be aware of. My sincere apologies for not expressing gratitude to you sooner.

Well I been around here for a while and I found what I needed, but the points this post has touched are really amazing, everyone's trying to either copy or follow the same thing again and again, and most of the time get really hurtled by this. I think this being the first post to really post something out of the box will really help me and many others. I think trying this is really worth. It will not be wastage of time coz in any case this will never harm our campaigns for good serps.
