An abstract titled ‘How the PCSS is Revolutionizing Information Assurance and Security Credentialing’, has been accepted by a panel of peer reviewers for presentation at the Twenty First Annual Systems and Software Technology Conference (SSTC 2009). The paper will be presented by its Author, Antoinette (Toni) Taylor. Ms. Taylor is the Program Manager for the Defense-Wide Voucher Management Program for Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES). Over the past four years Ms. Taylor has become a subject matter expert in the areas of credentialing. Encompassing training, certification, and licensing. She has been called upon by DANTES and Defense Information Assurance (DIAP) to speak on these areas at a number of conferences and workshops.
