Using Real Measure techniques means that we use the actual measurements for your project to calculate the amount of materials and labor required. Most contractors use numbers that have been rounded up. This affects the cost of your project because you are paying for materials you will not need and the additional labor accounted for by the rounded up measurements. This could really add up. At Batista Home Renovations we do not round up our measurements. The actual size of your project is what you pay for!
